If I could give 0 stars I would. Completely rude and disrespectful. They charged us an extraordinary amount for application fees (50$ each tenant) and profiled my roomates by saying that "we don't rent out to people like you." (Whatever that means) and called us kids. I am 32 years old with 2 kids. I HAVE KIDS. I left the negotiations in the hands of our youngest roomate because the rest of us had to work and took our money to run credit and background checks (that we passed) and proceeded to threaten my roomates with court ... read more
