Please be aware of this company. They are not a good water company if I can switch to a different one I definitely would but sadly I’m stuck with them. They refuse to work with you when it comes to your bill I like other companies who help you out and give you enough time
A formal consumer complaint will be filed against Jasber Utility Services regarding the failure to restore water services after payment was made and collected. The company neglected to put in a work order in the time frame their own policy states. 24-48 hours. For 12 days the property was without water even after several phone calls were made to them. Absolutely terrible customer service. The representatives were rude, dismissive, and unwilling to answer simple questions or disclose important information regarding the account. Instead of helping, they were argumentative and unprofessional the entire call. What upset me the most was how they treated my grandmother. They spoke to her disrespectfully over the phone to the point that she ended up crying afterward. No customer, especially an elderly person, should ever be treated that way. They are true scammer They cut a water off before due date and no disconnection notice and they don’t even send you the bill. They just sent a man over there to just shut off your water. You have to pay $70 before we reconnect reconnecting. stay away from them
They are quick to disconnect service to collect the $75 reconnection fee.
