Absolutely terrible customer service. The representatives were rude, dismissive, and unwilling to answer simple questions or disclose important information regarding the account. Instead of helping, they were argumentative and unprofessional the entire call. What upset me the most was how they treated my grandmother. They spoke to her disrespectfully over the phone to the point that she ended up crying afterward. No customer, especially an elderly person, should ever be treated that way. They are true scammer They cut a water off before due date and no disconnection notice and they don’t even send you the bill. They just sent a man over there to just shut off your water. You have to pay $70 before we reconnect reconnecting. stay away from them
They are quick to disconnect service to collect the $75 reconnection fee.
I’m only giving 1 star because you can’t do ZERO. Our water was shut off a week before the due date. We paid the bill and was still without water as no one answered the phone for 48 hours and then when they did pick up, they immediately hung up. This company and its customer service are the ABSOLUTE Worst I’ve even seen.
