Used the furnished apartment for a summer internship. Well kept quiet and clean. Landlord and property manager very helpful on setting everything up from move in to when my lease was up and moved out. Any issues or question were answered and taken care of promptly.
Jim the landlord is super helpful and friendly! He and maintenance work hard to make sure things are in tip top shape when something happens —which is rare!
I lived in the apartment building on E. Maiden St. for close to 10 years and the landlord Jim was very awesome and the maintenance man John was very good something was wrong and I needed it done they did it right away I would recommend them to everybody if you needed an apartment call JAS investments yeah and the only reason why I moved was because I ended up getting very sick and I couldn’t walk the stairs so I had to go somewhere that didn’t have stairs and I’d still be there I loved it there it was because of my illnesses... read more
