amazing staff and agents

Not impressed with you guys at all. A friend of mine who is an agent did a deal with one of your agents and when your brokerage reported the deal on Realm they only added one of the agents and we have been calling this brokerage since Friday May 2nd to ask them to add the 2nd agents name and they keep giving us the run around. Every time I call I am either being told they reached out to TRREB and are waiting for a reply or I get put on a long hold and then eventually hung up on!
