UPDATE: RECO completed a full investigation, these people tried to deny everything, despite clear camera footage and their phone number on these hand written notes. They also denied responding boastfully and unapologetically to my review below, which they deleted after the investigation started, but I had the screenshots. Both the husband and wife (Jas Gill and Kamal Gill) received disciplinary action from RECO. My experience with Jas Gill and Dhruv Mohindru has been unacceptable and deeply unprofessional. They have now shown up twice at my terminated listing and left cryptic handwritten notes containing nothing but a phone number that cannot be traced to any legitimate business line — essentially a burner phone. RECO rules are in place for a reason, and this behaviour is a clear violation of those standards. Jas Gill (realtor) and his assistant Dhruv Mohindru have been harassing my mom and I for over a year. After we terminated our listing with a different realtor, they came knocking on our door and it’s been a nightmare since.
