I asked Joel Mayes to give me an estimate to keep my 10f x 10ft space cooler during this heat wave. He told me he would do it dirt cheap, gave me a quote of 1,800.00. I asked him for a written quote to send to my company and see if we can get it done. He wrote the amount on a card and left it with me. Not even a couple days later another person came in and told me to pour the existing system I have higher up and that would do thrice.
