Joe's employees did an incredibly poor quality job on my bathroom remodel (uneven flooring, crooked tiles, bad/uneven cuts and chipping on the tiles). They also would give me sob stories about how they weren't getting paid and asked me to give him an advance on payment so he could pay them. I stupidly agreed, and then they stopped showing up and Joe stopped returning my calls.
