TITANIC... This is the best example of how to NOT run a shop. As a matter of fact, it should be a learning facility on what to avoid in buisness practices. The owner is totally clueless on the job details of running parts. He is also void of any empathy towards his most dedicated employees and treats them as if they owe him gratitude for their employment. It makes me sad and honestly confused to hear all the negative reviews of this place. I thought I'd write my own to try to bring some balance to this page. So, I've spent my last two summers as a general intern for this company and in that time I've seen quite a lot of the company. In the beginning I did the standard intern jobs like moving boxes and filing paperwork but more often than not I was doing really cool work. DING DONG THE WITCH IS DEAD!!!!! Well it is about time you took back your company!!! I bet the heavy,hostel air that has been smothering this shop has lifted. It"s too bad that so many devoted employees were treated like yesterdays trash and thrown out at the witches wishes. And that so many of the existing employees were subjected to her negative presence. Having to walk on eggshells everyday makes for a very stressful environment.
