No stars! I will see them in small claims court. Car broke down a week after the purchase and they refuse to fix it or give me money towards it. How can you sell a person a lemon during a pandemic TRASH dealership.

Jarvis Motors in Hazel Park is a HORRIBLE place to do business with! I bought a used jeep and asked the only thing important was dependable because my 19 year old 3 hours away. Salesmen understood as his 19 year old the same, 3 hours away. Never haggled on price, trusted lol. Three weeks later the engine went, all I got from them was that is why we sell them that cheap 4,600 was not that jeep but the going rate. Bought a car off a salesman names Mike Hollifield he screwed me over. He acted so nice at first then after the purchase he when I had a issue he told me to go F*** my self. Stay away from this a$$ hole
This is a really trashy dealership. The salesmen are unprofessional, and rude. Stay clear.
