Scott did a home inspection on a home we just purchased. He was very thorough and did a walk through with us when he was finished. This is the second home he has inspected for us. We will continue to use him in the future and continue to recommend his services.
Scott Jarvis inspected our home and missed *major* plumbing issues, resulting in our home not being livable in the winter (in WI) as it was. We had to pay out of pocket for these repairs as he denied any responsibility in the matter, which is just not right. We had hoped he would have more integrity with the matter. This is the entire reason one is supposed to get a home inspection in the first place. I would be extremely leery of using his services.
