Mike and his team built my wife and I a very special home. They listened to every request we made and suggested enhancements that truly made our home special. They were on time and to budget through the entire process. The craftsmanship can be seen from top to bottom in our home. We would recommend Mike and his team to anyone that is seeking a wonderful build experience.

Mike is always a pleasure to work with. He is always prepared and on top of things with his paperwork. I wish all the builders I work with were as prepared, upfront and on top of things like he is. I would recommend Mike 100 times over to anyone looking to build in Northern Michigan.
Mike Jarvis and his team were exceptional - I truly cannot say enough good things about them. Mike had such an approachable and easy going demeanor. He is so insightful and easy to work with- but what I really appreciated was his high level of expectation for his team and the detail work- the job site was always tidy and things tucked away at the end of the work day- He paid such close attention to the details as well.
