I met with Howard Traxler today to have my engagement ring reappraised. Mr. Traxler took the time to explain his process and even took some time to look a few other pieces of jewelry I brought. Not only is he very knowledgeable about diamonds but he is a really nice person and enjoyable to talk to. I am looking forward to coming back to reimagine one of my rings.

I took my Rolex in to be serviced and a TAG to be repaired after my son dropped it and broke the crown. My Rolex came back looking as it did the day I got it. No more scratched up band, it shines like it's never been worn and it's 4 years old. His team did an amazing job servicing and overhauling it! My tag was just as clean and back to normal again. If you are considering using Steve, please do! Superb service and workmanship!!!

I had a very stressful situation and nobody in my industry was proficient to the degree necessary to answer my issue regarding a difficult stone to legitimize. His peers in his field all said Steve was the one who could do what no others would be able to. It was a time-sensitive, and highly emotional task I threw at him and he took it personally.
