I took my Rolex in to be serviced and a TAG to be repaired after my son dropped it and broke the crown. My Rolex came back looking as it did the day I got it. No more scratched up band, it shines like it's never been worn and it's 4 years old. His team did an amazing job servicing and overhauling it! My tag was just as clean and back to normal again. I had a very stressful situation and nobody in my industry was proficient to the degree necessary to answer my issue regarding a difficult stone to legitimize. His peers in his field all said Steve was the one who could do what no others would be able to. It was a time-sensitive, and highly emotional task I threw at him and he took it personally. About 10 years ago our wedding bands had thinned significantly and sat in a jewelry box. I visited Jarvis Gems and Jewelry Appraisals for an appraisal of a ring I received on our 45th anniversary. The appraisal was thorough, prompt and informative. Really valuable for insurance purposes.
