I was at the ER Friday before 2 am for excruciating pain on my left side. Jarret was the nurse practitioner. I didn’t have a room yet so I was waiting in pain at the lobby. He came and talked to me and asked me questions. He was very comforting and I felt like he was aking important questions to diagnose my problem. He led me to the CT scan and explained to me what they will be doing. Absolutely wonderful bedside manner and so knowledge. I had a horrible experience with one of the ER doctors at this hospital before and this APRN is the only reason I would consider going back.
