I was at the ER Friday before 2 am for excruciating pain on my left side. Jarret was the nurse practitioner. I didn’t have a room yet so I was waiting in pain at the lobby. He came and talked to me and asked me questions. He was very comforting and I felt like he was aking important questions to diagnose my problem. He led me to the CT scan and explained to me what they will be doing.
