Randolph and his team were a pleasure to work with on my Bouldin remodel projects. We partnered together on my living room wall, which we took down to the studs, designed, and remodeled into a beautiful fireplace with window and built-ins. Working with Jarrett Industries on the remodel and update of my condo in Austin has been a great experience! Unfortunately, the experience was not good. During covid, supply chain delays were understandable. However, promises not kept, even generous time lines ignored, costs unpredictable, nothing written down, made for a lot of anxiety. The work was ok (despite punch lists NEVER completed), but definitely not worth the hassle. He still owes me money. Fall for the charm at your own risk.
