This dealership was like any other car dealership I’ve ever visited. Car shopping and purchasing has never been more painless and enjoyable. Everyone was extremely friendly and polite. We had a fantastic sales experience with our salesman, John Landskroener and an unbelievable experience with our finance manager, Jeff, who actually went to bat for us when he learned we weren’t happy with the rate we got from the bank and got us a lower rate!
This place is a joke. Have no problem lying to you little alone taking accountability on their end. Car less then 2 months and have issues with it already not under warranty now after I was told this morning it was. Buy a car anywhere else
Bought a Lincoln Aviator this week at Jarrett Gordon. This was my second purchase at this dealer. They provide great service and in my sales experience this week, salesman Vadim Petrov was a terrific resource. He was very patient and guided us expertly through all we needed to know (and this vehicle has a lot of stuff). Wouldn't hesitate to use him again. Also, Jeff Ryan (Finance Manager) was excellent in finalizing the purchase.
