We called about a new navigator they had in stock and spoke to Vadim. He made the entire experience enjoyable, easy and effortless. I definitely recommend working with Vadim because he was no nonsense and very friendly! Jarrett Gordon Dealership is a superior dealership. Will continue to drive 2 hours to work with them in the future for our future deals!
Took car in for oil change. Process was fine at first, but the service dept did not call us when car was done, we called but was only able to leave a message (and that someone would get back to us in a day or two‼️) … then we drove to Jarrett/Lincoln only to find the service dept was closed our car was parked outside.
