If you buy a new battery it should last at least 3 or more years. If you get a replacement battery with in the 3 years... The replacement battery should at least last 3 or more years. If the replacement does not last the 3 or more years... It should be replaced.... Not prorated price .. Very disappointed... I spend a lot here .. All of my services are done here... Not anymore!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE HAD A COUPON FOR BRAKE SERVICE FOR $79.95 OR LESS THAT COVERED ANY MOTORCRAFT OR OMNICRAFT BRAKE PADS. SERVICE DESK SAID THAT THEY WOULD HONOR THE COUPON. HAD THE FRONT BRAKE PADS REPLACED THAT WAS IT. WAS INFORMED BY THE SERVICE DESK THAT OMNICRAFT DOESNT MAKE BRAKE PADS FOR MY VEHICLE. THAT THE BILL WAS ALMOST $40.00 MORE THEN THE COUPON. Terrible. They made me sit for 7 hours to have a recall fixed. The previous visit, I sat for 6 hours! They didn't have the courtesy to tell me it was going to take all day. Don't take your car here. You will regret it.
