I came across Jarret when I looked for a New York interior designer online, and he quickly got back to me to discuss my project. Since then, Jarret has helped me decorate and design my condo and demonstrated incredible accommodation, patience, and flexibility (I had to move mid-project and we changed so much). Jarret turned my client’s apartment into an absolute masterpiece. The guy just gets it. He listens, figures out what you need, and then somehow makes it even better than you imagined. It’s like magic, but with furniture. Every detail was spot-on, and he made the whole process feel easy and even kind of fun. If you want your space to go from “meh” to “holy crap, this is amazing,” call Jarret. He’s the real deal.
Loved working with Jarret on our first space, and would love to again in the future! We had a fairly challenging set of needs for our place, but within a few weeks, he had some custom solutions and a plan ready to go! Really don't know where/how they come up with this stuff. If I could give less stars I would. Jarret was nasty and blamed it on it being his culture. His team lost the keys to my property and then was constantly condescending to my contractor. I hired him because he emailed me offering to help as a neighbor and it's one of my biggest regrets. He never sent a lighting plan, wouldn't answer calls, texts or emails unless I scheduled a zoom, and then wanted to have endless billable zooms for no reason.
