unhappy! I called to make an appointment and the service person was on time. Upon arrival I described the issue and he wrote up a quote for over $400. I signed the estimate thinking it would take him several hours to fix the issue. After 30 minutes he left, went to Home Depot to buy $30 worth of PVC and then spent 45 minutes making the repair. In other words MAKE SURE YOU ASK WHAT THE BILLING RATE IS FOR YOUR JOB. I got taken to the cleaners and will not recommend these guys to anyone.

I would give zero stars to Teters if I could never showed up ... i called them on they told me they would be out from 3;30 to 4;00 pm .... then never showed up ..three hours after the time frame they were to be here they called ..told me it would be tomorrow morning around 8 30 /// well here it is ..1;18 pm an still no show ... i recieved a call from another plumbing company that i had been passed off to them ... all the time my doughter an i are out of gas ..cant take a shower and cant cook ..this is no way to conduct busin... read more

very diverse selections This listing for Jarrell Appliance is out of date. The name changed a while ago to Kiva Kitchen and Bath and has been a good resource for me to investigate options for my kitchen. I wasn't necessarily looking to do my bathroom now, but looking at the options they have, makes me wonder if the whole house needs to be redone. I've gotten so many ideas now because of the diversity Kiva has.
