What a terribly managed “business”. Jarrad seems to think that owning his own business means that when he’s never open during the hours that he advertises he is and people travel to come get a hair cut from him and he wastes their time day after day it’s no big deal. On my third day in a row trying to get my son and I a hair cut I was actually able to catch him at his place of business. Lone behold at 11:45 when the door says they close at 2 it’s locked.
