Very interested in buying a home in Stratford, SD for cash, called and the gentleman that answered told me the woman (nancy) who was showing the listing was out of town for 2 days. I never got a call back, even emailed her and no reply. If I was the seller I would immediately find new listing agent. You just lost out on a for sure deal. No excuse for such treatment.
