I can't say enough. One of the standout features of Jaris is their strong communication and service. Overall awful Property Manager. Numerous maintenance items which either never got fixed the entire lease or took months with multiple request to get done. Tried to meet while moving out to confirm everything was acceptable. Said everything was fine and then withheld funds from deposit for cleaning. More than a little ironic given that when we moved in, there were dead bugs, dirty fridge, carpets that stunk of pet urine and blood and boogers on the bathroom walls. Repairs never got done after requesting over and over. Simply ignored us. Promised to replace the carpet after move-in and that never happened. After registering our vehicles to park in front of our unit, we still got notices to tow several times after that and it was so hard to get in touch with anyone who could help. Upon moving out, we cleaned the unit top to bottom. We took pics and a video and sent them to Barry. He said it looked great. I've been a landlord in Castle Rock for over 20 years. When I relocated out of state, I put my trust in Barry and Jaris Realty for my three properties. He found tenants for all of them and was communicative, personable, prompt and reliable. I would completely recommend this company if you are looking for a property manager anywhere in this area. Great customer service and provides every aspect of what makes a property management company exceptional.
Throughout the 2.5 years we were renting, we felt like he made a lot of effort in the beginning to ensure everything was up to standards, however he completely stopped responding after a month in. It took me continuously staying on him if we wanted anything repaired or fixed. The landscaping was aweful and didn’t care for any of it.
