Absolutely love JARFIT! The team is great - I think they had more coaches at some point but the heartbeats are still there with Coach J & T! I worked with Coach T and she was a gem! Great energy even when mine sucked (early mornings are a no!) very knowledgeable, and you can tell she cared and wanted to see me win! We lost 30lbs in 6 months, I feel good and I was the bell of the ball at my companies fundraiser! Tamika and Jason have awesome energy, obviously know their way around a gym and have loads of experience on what it takes to improve how you look, feel, and function. If you live in the south Denver area, we highly recommend!
