It’s been awhile since I’ve been there, due to pandemic. My experience with the Dr. was excellent. He is very knowledgeable and personable. All the massage therapists were so kind, helpful, which creates a positive experience. The former receptionist had the best people skills, along with being kind and fun.The new receptionist was not nearly as warm on phone. She seemed unfriendly, and annoyed to help. Not caring at all.

Nice guy but they really do try to rip you off with the deductible, if you start paying it off in october you pay around $200 just for you to have to pay another $200 in january. You can definitely find somewhere better and somewhere that better fits your needs and wants. If anyone does know of a place that won’t charge you for the year but for the dates please let me know.

Street parking, door difficult to open and waiting room was like a loud busy airport. Reception continued to yell at me over noise after I told her I am sensitive to sound. I could not tolerate noise so never received an adjustment. I cannot recommend because staff was completely unprofessional and lacking in empathy or understanding about why I was there and what my needs are. Perhaps the doctor is a good doctor, but if he relies on staff that are this insensitive to patient needs, he paints himself with their brush.
