Great care, knowledgeable providers.
I was seen by Dr. Roberts not his PA even though this was a follow-up waiting for surgery approval after denial. He explained why the denial but also indicated reason(s) for future approval. He asked if I had questions & his willingness to answer them. Dr. Roberts is following me as a patient & not going to stop advocating for my surgery need. 😊
Dr. Roberts was wonderful! This was my first visit today with knee surgery coming up in the near future. He was kind, patient, responsive and caring - the qualities you definitely want in a health care provider but don’t always see. His staff was pleasant, knowledgeable and also caring - a wonderful adjunct to an efficient, well-run office. I was recommended by a friend who had both her knees done by him. I have to say this is one well oiled machine. Everyone I came in contact with was professional as well as personable. My appointment was handled promptly and efficiently. Dr. Jared is easy to talk with and took the time to be sure all my questions and concerns were addressed.
