I had an emergency extraction that I needed done asap. I was treated very professionally and got in for an appointment the very next morning after I called. The whole staff, from the billing department that verified my insurance and called me back within minutes of making the appointment, to the nurses and Dr. Beatty, were awesome. Dr. Beatty and his lovely assistant Doina are the best!! People don't typically think of going to the dentist as a fun experience but I had a great time talking with Doina before my procedure. She's excellent! and Dr. Beatty was calm and assuring. The procedure itself was quick and they all work together to get you in and out and on with your day. Great job guys!! I had a crowned tooth removed. The recovery was easy...just follow their instructions.
I had an implant placed by Dr.Beatty, and my entire experience was superb! I highly recommend Dr. Beatty and his staff.
I had a tooth go South in a hurry and needed an extraction. The whole office from receptionist to the Doc are all on the same page and exhibit teamwork that gets the patient through the whole process with no fuss nor muss. They were accommodate me at the last minute, when I arrived the receptionist already had paperwork partially pre-filled. I love Dr. Cottam!!!!! Not only is he one of the nicest people I know but he remembers me and asks how my sick son is, half my friends dont remember he is still not 100% and that was during an after hours (9pm) call. The first time I met him was the day he did surgery because it was urgent. He answered the phone the night before and after a short dicussion he set up surgery for the next morning and it went wonderful. Wow, it's funny how the previous review posted is a lot like my story. I also had preapproval done for my daughter to have 4 wisdom teeth extracted. The quoted price was much, much less. And it's not because I don't understand that there are variable rates depending on what needs to be done with the teeth extraction. (I have a Masters degree that is human anatomy and physiology based.) Please be careful. i went in for an impacted wisdom teeth and i told the staff when i went in i needed to know before the procedure what it was going to cost so they said got a preauthorization and would be 320 after insurance was fine with that well recently was told it would cost me 605 after insurance which makes no sense it is double the amount i was quoted and the only thing the stupid receptionist will tell me is its my fault they billed the procedure wrong and i am not ok with that so if you are on a budget avoid this place due to they ... read more
They are the best dentist, doctor, medical office that I've ever been to point blank period! I am terrified of the dentist but Dr. Beatty and her staff has made getting 3 extractions a walk in the park. Anyone lucky enough to come upon this office should definitely schedule an appointment!
