Dr. Shirley will adjust your bones and your day to day behavior (at least teach you how, and the upkeep is up to you). I learned how to stand correctly, walk correctly and sleep correctly on my side, so far. I had no idea I was doing these things wrong for so long! Being consistent with correct posture helped me tremendously with my sciatic nerve pain, upper back and neck pain. I look forward to each visit. I feel better, and I learn new things specifically for my situation. Thank you, Dr. Shirley! :)

Dr. Shirley is THE BEST chiropractor I’ve worked with. When living in my prior state it was just about adjustments and not fixing the issues or giving me tools to correct my deficits. I’m only on my third visit and overall I’m beginning to feel better. From sleeping to standing he gives advice on how to adjust yourself during these daily activities to relieve some of the stress. To put a cherry on top, the staff are welcoming, kind, and are about fixing you up. Thank you Dr. Shirley for the outstanding care.
Dr. Shirley has seen me through three pregnancies. I been with him for 6 years I believe. He is a wonderful doctor and I’d refer him to anyone. His prices are fair. He has wonderful bedside manners and his goal is to make you feel better. His staff is nice and friendly as well. I am always comfortable going into the office.
