Check in staff was just kind of rude? After waiting to check in for about 20 minutes, I didn’t see a single smile except from a much younger employee who checks people in on the left hand side. She is great! The older man and two older ladies seemed a bit upset at the world — not a very welcoming environment when you are coming somewhere for care.
From the 1st person to the last all friendly professional workers. The team that did my knee procedure was so informative every step of the way. Excellent experience. Highly recommend.
