I had an ingrown toenail removed in February 2025. I was told I’d be fine to resume my normal activities the next day. No. I couldn’t walk comfortably for 3 weeks. It’s now July 2025 and it’s still not completely healed and still sensitive to the touch. The nail was cut jagged and diagonal instead of straight, making it look like an unnecessary amount of toenail was removed. The nail bed now feels very weak, as if the nail could maybe fall off (hopefully not). At this point in the healing process, I would deem it botched. I ... read more
