Dr. Jared Malan and his staff are the cream of the crop. I have had 3 other podiatrists, and they do not hold a candle to Dr. Malan. He is thorough, very knowledgeable, and kind. He has solved all of my foot issues with injections, exercises, and 1 surgery for a bunion. Post-op when the pain medicine was not effective, he called in a different, effective prescription within 30 minutes of my phone call. He also completely solved all of my arthritis issues. Dr Malan and his staff are extremely well trained very polite and no matter how busy they are they always take time to answer any questions that you may have
RUN from this doctor. He performed an Achilles tendon lengthening surgery on me in the end of January. Three weeks later, I was hospitalized because I was septic. Five days in the hospital and never once did he look at the surgical site. I saw him and his staff in wound care every week for five weeks. I would tell them I was in terrible pain and something was wrong. They ignored me. I was finally taken by ambulance to a hospital in Louisville with a huge abscess on my tendon.
