Dr. Jones has been excellent over the years. He has a great bedside manner and is always thorough and knowledgeable. If you are looking for a primary care provider, I would recommend him without hesitation.
If you are considering using this practice as a primary let me save you the time and DON’T unless you want to wait over an hour to see the doctor for 5min max. Came in as a new patient and you are asked to fill out all your paperwork and information before hand to “save time in the waiting room”. Get there and the receptionist can’t even take their eyes off their phone for a greeting. Ask you show up 10 min early for a 2:30 appointment. Great first visit with Dr. Jones. Always nice to see a clinician that spends more than 3min getting to know a patient they are seeing for the first time. Seems very thorough. Will likely follow up with Jones my next visit if McKnight decides to retire.
I was needing a new PCP and my best friend referred me to Dr.Jones. I was so nervous because I had seen a physician at AL Medical who was truly a disgrace to medicine. Dr.Jones was truly the kindest man. My stress slipped away 2mins. after he walked into the room. Thank you for helping me Dr.Jones. Two days after starting my medication I was already starting to feel better. I had been suffering terribly. God bless you! The whole office staff was genuinely kind. 🙏
Dr Jones and his staff are very attentive and listens to all of our concerns. We never feel rushed. I like the fact he will see both of us at the same time. Makes making appts easier for us. We highly recommend Dr Jones as a PCP.
