I responded to the link that was sent to me. Was supposed to hear back. Never did. I have a pair of glasses that cost me 328$ sitting on my counter and I can’t wear them because they’re not right and this place simply doesn’t care. Guess I’ll take my complaint to a larger platform so more people are aware of this place. I’m so disappointed in this joke of a company. I will be telling everybody to NOT go to My Eye Dr.
