I have been a customer of Dr. Jared for several years. I have always found the staff to be professional and friendly. They have always been attentive and professional. I've traveled a bit and have used several dentists over the years and they are by far my favorite. Thank you.

Incompetent staff. Went in to see them in May to get my crown replaced. Still waiting for an okay from my insurance. Called them twice to find out what's going on, called my insurance and they have never put in a claim.

The front office staff seemed to not care about doing their job... During my root canal the orthodontist broke off a piece of the drill and left it in my tooth didnt know why I was in sooo much pain till 1 week later I ended up losing my tooth and the back office assistant is not careful about reading the patient chart I cant have epi in my novocaine and they repeatedly try to give it to me I fired this office yesterday and found a new dentist I recommend anyone that wants to keep their teeth and their sanity to not go here

Very unfriendly and unwelcoming reception staff and poor communication. The Delta Dental rep I had on a 3 way call even agreed with me that the front receptionist was rude and unfriendly. I Came here 7 years ago and the staff was much better when I was an actual patient. I will not be a returning parient now as I WALKED OUT after encountering the front desk staff.
