VETY AWFUL experience with Jared Brown and his assistant PA Andi . My husband had a smilpe UTI. We had an appointment with Brown. But he dont want see my husband because my husband is not a sugery patient. Not a big money patient. So on his appointment with Brown, the new face PA name Andi saw my husband when he still in the office. We dont have any problems work with PA. Coz some PA work more hard than doctors. 10 Stars!!! Everything you could ask for, knows his stuff, excellent bedside manor and a genuinely nice person who I would be more than happy to be considered his friend.
After waiting weeks, confirming the appointment, and checking in online, I fought traffic and arrived for my appointment in pain (Kidney stones) only to be told that it had been cancelled. No call... no text.... no notification.... The office staff wasn't busy and showed no concern. I requested that they email me to reschedule.... still waiting.....
My husband saw this provider and Dr. Brown was literally in the room for 5 minutes and basically did nothing except tell him his issues were mental. Absolutely ridiculous! This doctor has absolutely no bedside manner and was absolutely horrible! Absolutely DO NOT recommend this doctor!
Dr. Brown is wonderful! He is so caring and he has a great bedside manner. He was very thorough about explaining my surgery to me. He made me feel comfortable about having surgery to shrink my kidney stones. I totally recommend him!
