Very professional and kind. Actually very painless.
It was an excellent experience. I appreciated not only the work that was done, but the empathy and professionalism of Dr. Brown and the staff.
Dr. Brown was very thorough explaining what needed doing, and how he would prioritize the work proposed. His staff was very professional in helping me get an appointment that would work for me. Then (completely unrelated) I broke my ankle. They put my appointment on hold for me to get some mobility back. Then I rescheduled. Dr. Brown was able to treat several issues in a single appointment with very little fuss, and pain control was the best I've ever had. For anyone needing oral surgery, I would highly recommend Dr. Brown.
Our MA Lily was super nice and helpful. Dr Brown was great. Good bedside manner and made sure we had all our questions answered before we left. Front desk staff was warm and friendly. Would definitely go back here again.
