I went in to service my gf’s jewelry, it was my first time going into Jared. I was greeted by Diana and she helped me out. She explained the process and why it’s important to bring in her jewelry every 6 months. Diana was super informative, knowledgeable, funny and kind. She really knows her stuff. Plus her name has Diamond in it, who better to trust with your jewelry then a Diamond herself! Definitely will be back!
Christie was so nice and accommodating! Very knowledgeable! I would recommend working with her any day of the week.
