Call ahead and ask for Kelli. It will be the best jewelry buying experience you’ve ever had. Best Consultant I’ve met at any Jared location or jewelry store for that matter. Always in such a wonderful mood. Very patient, helpful and smiley.

I have never had such a bad experience! I ordered a ring and it said it wasn’t in stock so I ordered another one- out of stock. Mind you, you have to fill out everything before it tells you it’s not in stock. I finally found a ring that would let me purchase it and it went through. After 24 hours they cancelled my order. If you don’t have a ring in stock then don’t have it on the website!! So frustrating. I won’t be going through Jared anymore.

I went in today to pick up my ring. The doors were locked, which was fine, 2 gentleman opened it, never acknowledged or greeted me. Allowed me to walk right over to a counter. Several minutes later, a couple walked in and was promptly greeted and was helped. As I continued to stand there unacknowledged. I called and spoke with the assistant manager Jamie.
