Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. And even if you call ahead don't expect your jewelry to be ready on time. Bad experience and won't be going back anytime soon.. Very disappointing.
DON'T BUY from here! I bought a $3000 omega watch that has been in for repair 3 times in one year, they DO NOT stand behind their sales!
