Lisia was AMAZING! She helped my mother and I when we brought our jewelry in to be inspected and cleaned. She was kind, personable, and very knowledgeable! She also helped us with a new purchase and was so sweet to help us choose what best fit our needs and desires! We are not local, just here for a work trip, but we will definitely be back to this location for future needs! Incredible service and she made it so easy! Thank you!!

If patience is a virtue then the two salesmen, Chris Sturgill and Conner Hutton are two of the most virtuous people alive. My husband and I went into the Jared store in Tualatin, OR at a minimum of 8 times over the last month looking at watches. They were not only incredibly knowledgeable about every type of watch in the store but were also fun to work with. We went in only intending to buy one watch and walked away with three. Could not say enough nice things about these two gentlemen. Great experience all around.

I stopped by yesterday after the gym, just to browse. I've spent over $30,000 at this specific Jared's location over the past ten years, so I’m very familiar with the store. As I was looking at the watches and then some women’s jewelry, the manager approached me. Instead of offering help in a welcoming way, it felt more like he was trying to figure out why I was there—almost like I was being sized up or seen as suspicious.
