They advertise that they do watch sizing, but when I went, nobody they had on shift knew how to size the watch I had picked out. I live two hours away, so I would have ordered the watch online if I knew that they could not size it in-store on the day I was free to drive four hours. I will change my review if Jared adds disclaimers to their claims that they do watch sizing, that they do not always have staff on shift capable of it.
My boyfriend and I came in just to start looking at rings and Drake showed us the most beautiful platinum ring but we felt like we needed to think about it. We came back a few days later and Zane helped us and was so great. Wonderful customer service and highly recommend going to Jared’s
