My husband got my engagement ring here with a life guarantee which is very convenient because sometimes little gems fall off and my stone gets kind of foggy so I just drop my ring off and pick it up next day, looking like the first day, and then we got our wedding bands which were beautiful matching.
I bought a necklace and as it showed on line it looks like a bigger pendant. but when i got it.. its like a dot of a pen! ridiculous!! so i returned the item but they said that it takes 30 days to get my refund back!! this is not right at all!!! I am not happy with my experienced with them at all! I will never buy jewelry with this store again! give me back my money soon!!!
