Jorge at the Carmel mountain location made our experience smooth and exciting. They also work really fast with resizing, I got the ring back in less than 24 hours. Amazing.

Unfortunately bought my wedding rings here so I’ll have to be coming to this location for routine inspection and cleanings. I’ve had one too many rude experiences with almost all the employees at this location. None of them know how to work their iPad system, something that should take 15 minutes almost always takes 30 mins or longer.
