Yesterday my son and I visited Jared’s to look at a couple items for both an upcoming anniversary and another one later on. I also brought a piece of jewelry I was hoping they may be able to fix/match-replace. Upon entering we were met by friendly staff who invited us in and asked how they could help. Kind and caring service by all staff members! I came in for a cleaning, questions, and interest in an item. Nick helped to handle the cleaning, answered all of my questions in a easy way for me to understand, and did not pressure me into making any hasty purchases. Instead he helped me be aware and knowledgeable of my options and respected my decisions. The entire process was positive and I look forward to working with this Jared location in the future!
I popped in to this Jared location today to get my 6 month ring cleaned and inspection done. I just moved to the Frederick area and was surprised by all the positive reviews considering many other big name Jewelry franchises are often poorly rated. Nick at Jared’s was amazing! He helped us find the perfect wedding bands with so much patience, care, and genuine excitement for our big day. He made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable—super knowledgeable and never pushy. Highly recommend working with Nick!
