I purchased my hubby a time piece for his birthday, in Houston, and needed to have some links removed while visiting Atlanta. We ended up at the store in Alpharetta and Monica was more than AMAZING! Not only did she remove the links, it was time for my son’s diamond cross necklace to be checked; she not only checked the diamonds, she cleaned other pieces for us. She gave us a lesson on lab created diamonds while we waited. She’s full of knowledge, professional and personable.
