I’m writing this review about an experience I had today around 3:00 PM at the Costa Mesa location. I came in because I have a piece of jewelry from the store that was damaged and covered under warranty. I was told I could either receive a replacement or store credit to choose a new piece. When I arrived, I asked for Valerie because she has helped me before, but she was not there.
