Came in with my (divorced) mother’s ring to reset the diamond for my own engagement ring. They took the diamond to the back and came back out saying the diamond was not real and they couldn’t reset it. Caused a lot of problems between my divorced parents, thinking my dad bought my mom a fake ring. I took the ring to 2 more jewelers and turns out the diamond is natural diamond.
