If you don't have the staffing to assist customers, kindly explain that before having them wait 20 minutes to have absolutely zero acknowledgement. Secondly you might not want to be extremely rude when a customer asks for assistance because of being ignored. My first visit was absolutely my last.

Let me tell you about the store! My Fiance and I went last night to take my necklace to get repaired, bc yes I broke it again anyways my amazing man was looking to get a new sterling silver chain and cross for himself. He asked the girl that was helping us is this one set was sterling silver or white gold. She told him it was sterling silver and he never questioned it.
