We hired them to clean my house while I was at the hospital, giving birth. What a huge mistake we made doing so, never again will I hire Jardis to come clean my house. My experience goes as followed. My husband asked them to keep all the bedroom doors open once they are done cleaning. We come home from our two days stay at the hospital and find that our front door is unlocked, all our bedroom doors are closed. They did a fantastic job cleaning the carpets in my rental property. The team was courteous, professional, and efficient. I was thoroughly impressed with the results and would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for quality carpet cleaning or house cleaning.
I hired them for house cleaning before moving-in. They did such a horrible job that I had to hire another company. The owner was extremely dismissive when I approached him with my concerns. I will repeat what others said-DO NOT USE THEM.
The staff was very rude and lost their minds when I didn't answer my phone (that I'm allowed to have at work) when they showed up 30 mins early for the appointment when I told them I was not going be there. Then refused to do the work when I called them.back. absolutely terrible company ans customer service
