I hired them for house cleaning before moving-in. They did such a horrible job that I had to hire another company. The owner was extremely dismissive when I approached him with my concerns. I will repeat what others said-DO NOT USE THEM.
The staff was very rude and lost their minds when I didn't answer my phone (that I'm allowed to have at work) when they showed up 30 mins early for the appointment when I told them I was not going be there. Then refused to do the work when I called them.back. absolutely terrible company ans customer service

Just recently got possession of our new home. Our sellers had Jardis in to steam clean the carpets before we took possession. Upon first entry of the home the smell inside was foul. We found quite quickly that the smell was coming from the carpets. We immediately called in Klean Rite to re do the carpets. The photos attached show a sample of the discarded water off of the Klean Rite truck after he was complete. Totally disgusting. DO NOT USE JARDIS.
I hired Jardis to clean my carpet on my basement and its end up, I have to remove all the carpet and replace with a Vinyl plank because of unpleasant smell after they clean it. I did talk to Brian but no show up called them again after a week and didnt get back to me. They left the carpet so wet and I noticed there were no much changes with the look of the carpet Still.dirty ,are you guys using shampoo or just water because when I got home from work and went downstairs I didnt smell any freshness coming from the carpet.
