Hey folks. Just here to inform you and warn y'all. I worked here as a utility guy , I saw a lot of unsanitary situations. I saw the cooks sweating and their sweat fall into the the kettles and in the salsas and bbq sauce. Not changing gloves and just not caring about the product. Some cooks would spit in the product. I quit after the management didn't care. I can keep going, but I really don't want to scare y'all.
