I normally don't write reviews but I need to write this down for propriety. I wanted to move into the traditional apartment and I sent someone to look at the available apartment but the receptionist was really rude while telling me that I can't see the apartment since someone just moved out. Apartment was dirty from day 1. The ice machine in the freeze had mold in the tubes and there was mold around the floorboards of the bathroom. Front desk receptionist was rude and impatient. Horrible place to live if you are a K-State student. Find somewhere else.

I've been living in building 4 with Jardine since January 2020. Overall, very good experience. Work order is always on time, quiet neighbor. For the price of around $750 monthly, everything is included (electric, Wi-Fi, water,...). Sharing a living room and kitchen with 3 other students. The bedroom is spacious and clean.
