Live in Jardine and went to wash my clothes in the local washer and dryer, the washer I tried to use said “Unavailable” on the screen when I tried to activate it, once I saw that I switched to a different washer. I come back and I got charged for that unavailable washer. I called as told to do so and they didn’t want to refund me the money. Cheapskates and greedy for their 2 dollars, and overcharging to wash laundry. I normally don't write reviews but I need to write this down for propriety. I wanted to move into the traditional apartment and I sent someone to look at the available apartment but the receptionist was really rude while telling me that I can't see the apartment since someone just moved out. Anyway, I went ahead to pay the deposit since I was given the assurance that the apartment would be clean and ready in 2 weeks. Apartment was dirty from day 1. The ice machine in the freeze had mold in the tubes and there was mold around the floorboards of the bathroom. Front desk receptionist was rude and impatient. Horrible place to live if you are a K-State student. Find somewhere else.
