I’m not one for negative reviews however this is the first and only time I have not received a full deposit back from a place I rented. I loved my time in my home and upon moving out I left it more than move in ready. I have photos before and after and after contacting the landlord for my itemized receipt I was charged $300 for “cleaning” which was listed as “sweeping mopping airvents light fixtures and bathrooms” the floors were not only steamed and shampooed but all the cabinetry and fridge was spotless as well. Very nice homes available and always freshly painted 💚
We were with Jardin homes for 3 years and loved Yvonne. She was always helpful, extremely nice and professional and always responded with anything that needed fixing in a timely manner. When our lease was up we wanted a larger home but did not want to change landlords because we trusted Yvonne and liked the way she managed her properties. Thankfully she had a wonderful home available that we rented. Unfortunately the property owners decided to sell the home after us being there for one year. This property manager only cares about the income she receives, and little about the care of your property, does a poor job at screening tenants properly, at educating tenants on the rules of the complex. Would not recommend for property management.
