Terrible company to work for. There is constant drama created by upper management and they "terminated my assignment" with my temp agency for a completely unreasonable reason. You only get one unpaid 30 minute break and they give you grief if you aren't back on the floor the minute your break ends. The machines are constantly jamming and you have to unjam them every four minutes.
I have been working there for almost a year and I have to say, in my experience, it is the BEST place I have worked in almost 10 yrs. It's small and the people are nice and its not a hard job. The pay is very good and it's inspection and packaging of Injection mold parts. I have had good experiences there. Both supervisors I have had while working there have just been so awesome. I hope to get hired on with the company and hopefully work there until I am able to retire
