Overcharges 468.00 for a simple clogged sink and that is with a coupon!,
Jarboe's was purchased by True Energy/Smart Air. They were unable to give me a quote to replace a water heater over the phone so I had to schedule an appointment. When the technician came out his quote was $1000 more than the other 4 quotes I received from HD, Lowes, and two local plumbing companies. He said that due to the premium price he would not charge for the pan and expansion tank, which he was supposed to charge $200. Please!
